About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Manager with deep expertise in .NET (6 and above) and React to lead our engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance applications. This is both a technical and leadership role, where you will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery excellence across a modern full stack environment.
You will collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver innovative, secure, and customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with proven experience managing high-performing distributed teams in fast-paced environments such as fintech, trading platforms, or technology-driven companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow full stack engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Provide technical leadership in .NET 6+ backend development and React-based frontend development.
- Oversee end-to-end system design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality, customer-facing features.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices including TDD, CI / CD, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
- Partner with architects and senior engineers to evolve the technical roadmap and align with business strategy.
- Balance hands-on involvement with leadership, stepping in to guide complex problem solving when necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.Proven expertise in .NET 6+ (Core / 6 / 7 or higher) for backend development.Strong technical skills in React for frontend development.Solid understanding of full stack architecture, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and modern DevOps practices.Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or technology-led companies is highly desirable.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.Tell employers what skills you have
