Job descriptionReceive incoming goods, verify and inspect quantity and quality against delivery orders; promptly report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts; assist in updating inventory records accurately in the system. Accurately pick, pack, and label items based on customer orders; prepare goods for delivery and organize them according to delivery schedules. Assist in planning drivers' schedules and coordinate delivery routes Communicate and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Assist in ordering stock as needed to fulfill customer orders. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in loading and unloading goods onto / from delivery vans as required. Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Roles & Responsibilities
Warehouse Assistant
- Location : Jurong East
- Working days : 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, sat half day)
- Working hours : 9am - 6pm, 9am - 2pm
- Salary : $2,200 - $2,500
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
