Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : up to $5500

Working Days & Hours : Monday to Friday office hours

Location : Chinatown

Job Description :

• Analyze and control the full set of financial reports on monthly basis, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing processes in line with corporate guidelines.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure adherence to the budget, including preparing variance reports for management review
• Approve accounting postings from Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Receivable (AR) in collaboration with Shared Services functions
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes related to budget allocation and spending
• Regularly monitor existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement changes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, ensuring that financial operations remain aligned with best practices and organizational goals
• Work closely with the Shared Services funtions to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with financial regulations
• Liaise with external auditors for year-end audits and support the preparation of annual tax computations and submissions
• Monitor and verify market expenses through the PR (Purchase Request), PO (Purchase Order) process, and control capital expenditures in the markets
• Track and monitor local regulatory policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately implemented across all financial processes on a periodic basis
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and compliance with local tax regulations

Job Requirements : Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or similar w min relevant 3 yrs of experience, preferably in pharma / medical device sector
