Job Description : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager for Professional Consultancy Firm. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth of our firm. You'll work closely with our leadership team, engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's vision.

Business Development & Growth Strategies :
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company’s footprint in local and international markets.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new regions and business segments.Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis to guide business decisions.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Develop and maintain business pipelines and progress reports.Analyse KPIs to measure success of business development and partnership initiatives.Present regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.Client Relationship Management :
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Market Research :
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, trends, and competitors’ activities in the engineering sector.Tendering Knowledge :
Experience in preparing and managing tendersTo review all government tender website such as gebiz etc., and prepare and submit technical and sales proposals and Technical ProposalQualifications & Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience : Minimum 5-10 years of experience in business development or related roles within the architecture, engineering, or construction industryTrack Record : Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or general management, ideally in the Buildings and Infrastructure SectorSkills :Ø Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ø Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Ø Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ø Strong financial and commercial acumen in pricing, costing, and margins
Personal Qualities : Self-motivated, strategic, and accountable and Ability to report directly to Top ManagementLanguage : Fluency in English and Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plusWhat We Offer :
