Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Basic + flexi, convertible
Tuas, pick up from Tuas Crescent MRT
Monday to Friday : 08 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Responsibilities

Maintain up-to-date billing system

Generate and send out invoices

Follow up on collect and applied payments

Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines

Perform account reconciliations

Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities

Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies

Maintain customer database

Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.

Process credit card payments

Prepare bank deposits

Investigate and resolve customer queries

Attend to customer’s and salesman enquiries

Any other tasks / projects assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

Certificate in accounting or bookkeeping or O level

1-3 years accounts receivables and general accounting experience

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Knowledge of accounts receivable and general accounting principles

Proficient in relevant ERP systems and in MS Office

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good verbal and written communication skills

Time management and organizational skills

Team player

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
