About the Role
We are seeking an agile, creative, and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Shiji, one of the largest and most innovative companies in the hotel technology space. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation and brand awareness in your assigned region, working in close coordination with global marketing resources and the regional leadership team.
You will be the bridge between global strategy and local execution—analyzing regional data, tailoring global campaigns to fit local realities, identifying relevant local events, and creating regional initiatives that engage customers and partners across our full product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Marketing Execution
- Translate global marketing strategies and branding into regionally relevant campaigns.
- Prioritize products and marketing initiatives based on collaboration with regional leadership and performance data.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the region , providing tailored marketing information to the sales and account teams in close collaboration with the global product marketing unit.
2. Lead Generation & Brand Growth
Deliver a strong pipeline of qualified leads to the regional sales team.Monitor and grow organic search traffic to the website in your region.Develop and execute new initiatives such as regional briefings, industry lunches, or product showcases to attract prospects and engage customers.3. Content, PR & Thought Leadership
Collect customer success stories and package them as case studies, testimonials, and press releases.Build and maintain a network of local media contacts and contribute to ongoing PR activity in the region.Source and coordinate local partners for content collaboration (e.g., co-authored articles for Shiji Insights and other sources).4. Events and Regional Activation
Identify and propose industry events in the region to attend, sponsor, or activate—aligned with regional priorities.Coordinate approval with the regional head and global marketing leadership.Once approved, collaborate with the global events team to plan and execute participation, ensuring alignment with global brand and messaging guidelines.5. Campaign & Performance Analysis
Analyze regional campaign performance and continuously optimize based on results.Collaborate with the global marketing team (demand gen, creative, content, events, social) to adapt resources and strategies for local success.Contribute to KPI development, using data to refine campaign approaches and improve outcomes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What We’re Looking For
Marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech or hospitality technologyStrong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behaviorExperience managing PR, content, events, and lead generation campaignsHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, Zoho CRM, etc.Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across functions and time zonesAble to execute marketing tasks such as writing press releases, creating powerpoints and some experience with Figma or other design tools.Why Join Us
