3-6 Months Locum Mobile Patient Service Associate (Min 3 Days Per Week, OFFICE HOURS) #HZT

Location : Islandwide, will follow the mobile bus, be willing to travel across Singapore Island, depending when / where the event and the mobile bus will be.

When no events are scheduled, will be based at a Polyclinic.

Job Description :

• Reporting to the Laboratory / Radiographer In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and / or Radiography sections.
• Responsible reception of patients at Diagnostics centres and / or the mobile fleets.
• Support patient service functions including registration of patients, appointment scheduling, handling of queries, billing & payment collection and general administrative tasks as assigned.
