Key Roles
& Responsibilities :
Food preparation, cooking, and operating of kitchen
equipment according to recipe cards and instructions.
Portion and pack cooked food for delivery and
distribution based on given instructions.
Adhere to food safety / hygiene standards and maintain
cleanliness of kitchen, kitchenware and equipment at all
time.
Manage the receiving of inventories from
suppliers
Ensure proper storage conditions
and FEFO practices are met for each product category.
Daily monitoring of inventory levels and communicate
replenishment needs to Outlet
Manager.
Requirements :
Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may
apply.
Possess a valid Food Safety Course
Level 1 certification.
Able to commit on
Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays.
Able
to multi-task and handle busy service periods
independently.
Candidates with little or no
experience are welcome to apply. On-job training
provided.
