Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are looking for an Admin Executive to join our Employment Agency team.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle administrative tasks including issuing documents and applying for files
  • Support consultants with day-to-day operations
  • Ensure documents are accurate and submitted on time
  • Other admin duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum O-Level / Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read and understand documents in English & Mandarin
  • Prior experience in administration / employment agency preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Retirees candidates welcome
  • WITH CEI PREFERRED
  • Working Hours :

  • 5 days work week
  • Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Location : Lavender area
  • Salary :

  • Basic : $1,800 – $2,200
  • With commission : $2,500 – $4,000 (depending on performance)
