Job description

QA Engineer (QMS / IATF) / Up to $6,000

Implement and improve ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 QMS to drive quality excellence.

Develop training programs to foster awareness and adherence to quality standards.
Plan and document quality audits to verify compliance / gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Manage system aligned with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

Work with customers / suppliers to coordinate document revisions.

Analyze and publish monthly Quality Reports to track quality metrics, audit findings.

Participate in management review meetings to highlight areas of concern within the QMS.

Lead process approach and identify risk to enhance quality practices and operational efficiency.

Comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, policies, and procedures.

Conduct EHS audits to verify ongoing compliance, identify hazards.

Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 2 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control functions.

Proficient in 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams, PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.

Certfication in IATF 16949

QA Engineer (Customer Support) - Entry Level / $3000 - $4000 + $70 Meal Allowance

Company Transport : Jurong / Tampines

Handling customer quality issues & continuous improvement activities of products & processes.

Coordinate with quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective / preventive actions.

Perform activities such as process optimization, benchmarking through statistical tools / software.

Handle external audit in accordance to Technical Specifications & ISO standards.

Degree in Chemical / Chemistry / Materials Science / Mechanical Engineering

Experience in servicing customers' quality related issues in semiconductor industry

Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing)

Familiar with IATF16949 requirement is a plus. Entry level are welcome to apply.

Willing to work overtime when needed and travel overseas 2-3 time per month.
