Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Alexandra

Salary : $4,000 - $6,000

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact security technology projects. These include AI-driven surveillance systems, biometric access control, and integrated electronic security deployments for government and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing end-to-end project activities including scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Monitor project progress, flag potential risks, and support mitigation strategies
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records
Support client communications and ensure expectations are clearly managed throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and government tender requirements
Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in project coordination or executive support, preferably in security systems, electronics, or infrastructure projects

Familiarity with surveillance technologies such as CCTV, biometric access, or AI facial recognition is a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

Knowledge of government tender processes and compliance standards is advantageous

Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
