Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of Finance & Settlements Unit
• Responsible for timely completion of accounts of funds and the management company
• Prepare reports for management and board, statutory bodies and SGX
• Manage Human Resource including payroll
• Manage GST, tax compliance and reporting and assist in tax planning
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, regulatory agencies, bankers and other consultants on audit, financial, regulatory, compliance, banking and other matters
• Formulate and implement accounting procedures and controls
• Involved in day-to-day operations such as approving settlements, payments, billings, tracking income receipts, and corporate actions.
• Ad-hoc administrative duties
