Job Description

Event Planning & Support

Support the Client Marketing & Client Development Team for the organization and implementation of events, including but not limited to trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques

Client Treatment

Manage gifting and client treatment plan to develop and grow VIP client base

Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience

Implement boutique programmes to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive selling team's service standard

Data and Operational Excellence

Conduct data mining and analysis to gain insight on client behaviours and commercial opportunities

Support adoption of retail training and operational excellence activities that enhance the client experience

This role will be based in one of our retail boutiques in Singapore.
