Position Overview

We are searching for a Superstar Lead Generation Professional — someone who thrives on challenges, pushes boundaries, and wants to shine at the top of their game. If you are not looking to be a superstar, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Lead Generation Excellence

  • Proactively generate high-quality leads across multiple channels (digital, social, outreach, events).
  • Innovate new ways to capture and convert prospects.
  • Take ownership of results and aim to exceed targets consistently.

2. 2. Training & Team Impact

  • Inspire and train agents with proven lead-gen methods.
  • Run engaging coaching sessions and real-world demonstrations.
  • Lead by example, setting the standard for performance and energy.

  • Design and roll out exciting lead-gen activities that energize the team.
  • Partner with marketing / sales to maximize campaign impact.
  • Monitor and analyze outcomes to keep raising the bar.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing.
  • Bold, competitive, and challenge-driven mindset.
  • Strong teaching and communication skills — able to motivate others to level up.
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and relentless in pursuit of results.
  • Experience with CRM systems, social media, and digital platforms.
