Roles & Responsibilities

1 Year Contract PSA (x Many)

Locations – choose 1 :

Punggol
Sengkang

Salary : $2500 / month (fixed – regardless of experience or qualification)

Duration : 1 Year Contract

Working Hours :

Mon–Fri : 6.30am – 7.30pm (Rostered, 8hrs / day)

Sat : 6.30am – 1.30pm (Rostered, 4hrs)

44 hours per week

Job Scope :

Greet & register patients

Schedule patient appointments

Coordinate referrals to specialists

Handle billing, payments & enquiries

Manage patient concerns & escalate when needed

Provide clear communication & customer service

Support Health Monitoring Station (take height, weight & BP)

Requirements :

Customer service / admin background acceptable

Able to start work early (6.30am shift)

Must be ok with pre-employment medical & vaccinations
