Lead Management and Outreach : Make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow-up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate customer databases.
Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Boost order volume by recommending related products / services, explaining product features, and reviewing customer's purchase history.
Order Management : Follow-up, track and process customer orders, sales / service quotation, invoices, and contracts / agreement accurately, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining organized records. Maintain backorder reports, track customer expediting requests, and provide notifications as needed.
Market Insights : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customers feedback, product developments, and market changes to provide valuable insights to management and to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements :
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably within the sales and engineering industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
Able to handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently.
A willingness and ability to learn quickly and continuously grow your skillset.
