Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Management and Outreach : Make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow-up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate customer databases.
  • Sales Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Boost order volume by recommending related products / services, explaining product features, and reviewing customer's purchase history.
  • Order Management : Follow-up, track and process customer orders, sales / service quotation, invoices, and contracts / agreement accurately, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining organized records. Maintain backorder reports, track customer expediting requests, and provide notifications as needed.
  • Market Insights : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customers feedback, product developments, and market changes to provide valuable insights to management and to enhance customer engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, preferably within the sales and engineering industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Able to handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently.
  • A willingness and ability to learn quickly and continuously grow your skillset.
