Salary Range : $3000 - $3500

Work Location : Tuas (Transport Provided at Jurong East MRT pick up point)

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our new team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our organization. If you possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a drive for process improvement, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management : Maintain precise inventory records of raw materials, spare parts and tools through regular cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Update inventory databases accurately and prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status and trends.
• Quality Control : Oversee the inspection of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaboration : Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to facilitate inventory movements and address issues promptly.
• Process Improvement : Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to inventory control procedures and systems.
• Documentation : Keep detailed and organized records of all inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned.
