Responsibilities :
Manage all HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia and China. (Approx 50 staffs)Work closely with team leads on talents recruitment process, training and performance evaluation plans.Drive improvements in talents experience through internal communications and engagement programmes.Deliver efficient and effective on boarding experience for all new hires.Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensure accurate payroll and timely processing.Champion and lead ad-hoc passion projects across the region.The Profile
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development / Talents Engagement / Internal Communications / Stakeholder Engagement / Performance Measurement in a dynamic culture and creative environment.A Degree in Human Resource is preferred.Expertise in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies, including performance motivation, training, retention, and leadership development.Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong knowledge of employment regulations.Occasional Traveling (Once every 2-3 months)Applicants are encouraged to include the following in their resume :
