The Job

Responsibilities :

  • Manage all HR functions across Singapore, Malaysia and China. (Approx 50 staffs)
  • Work closely with team leads on talents recruitment process, training and performance evaluation plans.
  • Drive improvements in talents experience through internal communications and engagement programmes.
  • Deliver efficient and effective on boarding experience for all new hires.
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration, ensure accurate payroll and timely processing.
  • Champion and lead ad-hoc passion projects across the region.
  • The Profile

    Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development / Talents Engagement / Internal Communications / Stakeholder Engagement / Performance Measurement in a dynamic culture and creative environment.
  • A Degree in Human Resource is preferred.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing talent engagement strategies, including performance motivation, training, retention, and leadership development.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and strong knowledge of employment regulations.
  • Occasional Traveling (Once every 2-3 months)
