Wholesale Trade Manager Job Description
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Wholesale Trade manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our sales and marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales and marketing team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
Wholesale Trade Manager Responsibilities :
- Creating and presenting Wholesales performance reports.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Identify and analyze potential wholesale market segments and opportunities
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Manage wholesale budgets and control expenses
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Provide regular reports on wholesale sales performance and market trends
- Working on Weekends and Public holiday
Wholesale Trade Manager Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fieldKnowledge of modern marketing techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in wholesale trade & marketing may be advantageousThe ability to understand and follow company policies and proceduresGood oral and written communication skills.Understanding of the current market conditions and industry trends.Tell employers what skills you have
