Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- MRO leadership for key strategic initiatives
- MRO capability – regionalization, recommendations, execution coordination
- 3rd party MRO program management
- Partnership with OE & ISS BD to identify, pursue, review, and approve opportunities
- Value stream growth & expansion strategy and alignment, to include repair / replace strategy
- Business analysis, including performance reporting
- MRO work transfer leadership
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a University Degree in Business or a related field and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experienceAbility to travel up to 25% of the time both in region and globallyQualifications We Prefer :
Demonstrated leadership of global projects and success in cross-functional, matrixed environmentsDeep understanding of the MRO business (internal and external)Project Management fundamentalsStrong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of contractsProven track record in external party performance improvementExecutive level communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capabilitiesAbility to lead through ambiguity and drive accountability across regions and functionsTell employers what skills you have
