Accounts & Costing Specialist Role
This Accounts & Costing Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting financial planning.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Close : Prepare accounting entries, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
Account Analysis & Reporting : Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, management reports, and costing reports to support informed decision-making.
Cost Accounting & Inventory : Maintain accurate cost records, monitor variances, and conduct inventory valuation to optimize business performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Compile budgets, prepare cost templates, and track material usage to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Tax & Audit Support : Prepare GST returns, assist with audits, and handle tax and audit queries to minimize business risk.
Collaboration & Process Improvement : Work with departments on finance and costing matters, provide recommendations, and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience as an Accounts & Costing Executive or specialist.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Islandwide coverage with two-way shuttle bus provided.
