Roles & Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving scientific engagement and clinical training within the aesthetics field. The ideal candidate will engage and support key opinion leaders (KOLs), deliver scientific presentations, and facilitate product and technique training programs. This individual should demonstrate exceptional communication, clinical expertise, and public speaking skills to strengthen scientific credibility and support the adoption of the company’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key experts and injectors within the aesthetic community.
- Plan and execute structured KOL engagement programs, advisory sessions, and educational initiatives.
- Deliver impactful scientific presentations and clinical training, including workshops, live demonstrations, and symposiums.
- Provide expert scientific exchange through one-on-one meetings, roundtables, or speaker sessions.
- Gather and share clinical insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and in-clinic training activities.
- Maintain thorough understanding of current aesthetics data, publications, and clinical developments.
- Ensure all interactions comply with relevant regulations, codes of conduct, and internal compliance policies.
Requirements
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related medical field preferred.Strong experience in aesthetics training or relevantExcellent communication and presentation skills — confident public speaker comfortable in both small group and large conference settings.Proven track record in engaging and developing KOL relationships.Ability to translate scientific information into practical, clinical application.Willingness to travel for training, workshops, and congresses as required.Tell employers what skills you have
