Accounts Executive (Full Sets) - Up to 4,500 - Pasir Panjang (2 DAYS WFH / WEEK)

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full set of accounts and prepare timely monthly financial reports.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Process staff claims, manage fixed assets, and ensure meticulous documentation.
• Lead statutory compliance, including audits, corporate tax, and GST filings.
• Support key finance projects, such as new accounting system implementation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance / Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft ; knowledge of local FRS and tax regulations.
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
