Responsibilities

Respond promptly to new inquiries via phone, email, or social media and convert them into confirmed bookings.

Prepare and present tailored catering proposals and quotations based on client needs and budgets.

Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools.

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services (event packages, staffing, decor).

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle—from inquiry to post-event feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality

Diploma or Degree in related field.
