Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard of work done is in compliance to the rules and regulationsConduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractorsUnderstand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery of projectsEnsure proper records and documentation for all maintenance works and projectsEnsure that facility management and security pass all required certificationsAssist in new compound developmentsRespond to any critical faults in a timely mannerOther ad hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements
Minimum Degree in Estate Management / Facility Management / Building / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalentSome relevant property / facilities maintenance is preferred; training will be providedGood interpersonal and communication skillsInterested and suitable candidates, please email your CV in MS Word to
