Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Operations Management : Oversee telecommunications (PABX), Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and other support services.
- Contract Management : Monitor and review maintenance service contracts to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Service Quality Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance service standards and operational excellence.
- Infrastructure Support : Support and improve the center’s infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Work with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure project completion and compliance.
- Policy & Procedure Review : Assess and update policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.
Requirements
Min Degree in any disciplineA WSQ certification in WSH would be an advantageA team player with good interpersonal, organisational and communication skillsInterested candidates are invited to email your resume to :
