Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties :
- Support the Board's Project Officer to monitor project progress
- Support all aspects of project tasks in the project life cycle to ensure on time delivery
- Schedule project meetings with vendor, stakeholders and users
- Schedule maintenance works in maintenance cycle and consolidate maintenance schedule to track the maintenance works
- Support project change management processes and verify change requests by vendors
- Collaborate and facilitate discussions with work groups and relevant stakeholders
- Record of project meeting minutes.
- Prepare project reports for management review
- Work with Board's contractors to manage projects issues and risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Consolidate and review all maintenance reports and supporting documents of supervised projects for errors and compliance to the Board’s contractual requirements.
- The Personnel shall assist in security configuration reviews, such as but not limited to user access matrix, firewall rules or system configuration, for the Board's systems for compliance to the relevant Code of Practice. The Personnel shall conduct these reviews as and when required by the Board.
- Participate in system functionalities test and ensuring the requirements are delivered accordingly to technical specification
- Advise on system troubleshooting and best practice on cyber security systems deployment and configuration
- Work closely and report to the Board’s Project managers and stakeholders on the project progress, delays and any other matters pertaining to the assigned projects regularly
- Supervise Board’s contractor’s work on site to ensure the work is completed to the Board’s satisfaction
- Review and comment on maintenance reports submitted by Contractors
- Preparation and submission of necessary documents (clearance form, Change Request form and others) to carry out the work
- Other assigned ad-hoc project administrative tasks
- Based on a 2-year contract
Requirements :
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalentEntry level cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMore than 1 year of experience in Project Management support, preferably cybersecurity projectsPossesses relevant project management experience, having completed at least one (1) full cybersecurity project implementation life cycle, or two (2) full non-cybersecurity IT project implementation life cycles.Able to handle and manage multiple projectsBelow skillsets are an advantage :Basic knowledge in security practices, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, firewall, IDS etcExperience in Operational Technology and / or ICSKnowledge in IEC62443Relevant security and / or professional certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, SANS GSEC, (ISC)2 CISSPThose with personal transport (car or motorcycle) will be preferred.Note : Proceeding to apply on this job post means you have read, understand and agreed to WPH DATA PROTECTION NOTICE FOR JOB APPLICANTS in the link below.
