Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To perform layout check, printing, compile, arrange courier and monitor return of financial reports after clients.
- To supporting scanning of accounting documents of Accounting department
- To process monthly suppliers payment for the firm
- Scanning of workpapers into digital format for future usuage
- To produce binded financial reports on a timely manner which requires an efficient work pace.
- To assist on general administrative work of Audit Department
- To coordinate with team members and various departments to ensure an effective job done.
- Housekeeping of completed work paper into storage boxes
Criterias
Diploma level holder with at least 2 years of administrative experiences.Proficient in English and Mandarin; (in order to coordinate with Chinese speaking team members and various departments to ensure an effective job done and to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking clients)Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Words.Must be meticulous and organized.Committed and hardworking.Able to handle deadlines.Others
