Role Overview
The Broker Enablement Executive plays a critical role in supporting and empowering brokers to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth. This role combines administrative precision with operational insight, ensuring brokers have the tools, processes, and information they need to succeed. This role requires working together with the Technical Administration team members in the Operations Division in ensuring cross-department efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Support & Coordination
Assist brokers with policy documentation, renewals, endorsements, and other processing needs.
Ensure broking teams fulfill their responsibilities as part of the responsibility matrix.
Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to obtain quotations and policy terms.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into broking systems and CRM platforms.
Operational Enablement
Streamline workflows and identify process improvements to enhance broker efficiency.
Support onboarding and training of new brokers on systems, tools, and compliance requirements.
Maintain and update broker enablement resources such as templates, guides, and FAQs.
Client Service Support
Liaise with clients for documentation, queries, and follow-ups as needed.
Prepare client presentations, reports, and renewal summaries in collaboration with brokers.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience using Copilot tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot in Excel, Word, or Teams) to enhance productivity and reporting.
Prior experience in insurance broking or financial services support roles preferred.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with commercial, specialty, or wholesale insurance broking.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Exposure to digital tools or platforms used in broker enablement or sales operations.
