Your new role
- Support digital transformation of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, implementation of Darwinbox.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational growth and success.
- Go-to person for all HR related matters, serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, compliance, employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to address complex employee relations issues, development performance improvement plans, and drive employee engagement.
- Stay abreast with industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure compliance and inform HR practices.
- Managing contract extensions and re-issuance for employees and coordinating with managers as needed
- You will also be expected to conduct regular audits of HR data and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- You will also be expected to be initiate and be involved in process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Human Resource in any relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to experience in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.What you'll get in return
