Roles & Responsibilities

Event : Conference and Trade Exhibition and Consumer Fair

• Registration
• Stagehand and event hall coordination
• Conference / performance slide coordination
• Assisting supervisors with ad-hoc requests from attendees onsite
• Event Details :
• Event 1 : October 16–17, 8am to 5pm (Suntec Convention Centre, Level 3 – Conference Hall)
• Event 2 : October 16–19, 10am to 10pm (Suntec Mall, Level 1)
• Training date :
• 15 Oct, 3pm (TBC) (Attire for training, smart casual)
