Location : Central Area, Near to Mrt

Working hour : Mon - Fri, 9.00am to 6.pm

AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Experience Management

Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving any shipment-related issues.

  • Freight Operations Coordination
  • Handle end-to-end freight processes including booking, documentation, and delivery coordination.

  • Documentation & Compliance Oversight
  • Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs and company policies.

  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify and address process issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

  • Commercial Support
  • Assist with quotation preparation, freight rate inquiries, and support the sales team as needed.

    Requirements :

  • Education : Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies :
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a drive to improve

    Knowledge of freight documentation, customs regulations, and industry best practices

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with freight management software is a plus
