Role Overview

We are seeking a Consulting Operations Manager (Capability Development) to manage our business writing / operations team , ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all confirmed projects. You will be responsible for the workflow pipeline (Kanban), resource allocation, quality assurance, and client liaison , ensuring every project moves from initiation to completion seamlessly.

This role suits a candidate who combines operational management expertise with consulting sensibility — someone who can manage people, processes, and clients with equal effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations / writing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage the Kanban project pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to standard.
• Ensure quality and compliance in ESG submissions, consultative reports, research deliverables, and CCP proposals.
• Serve as the point of contact for client communications and inputs.
• Establish best practices for efficiency, consistency, and quality across all projects.
• Continuously improve internal processes to support scaling and delivery excellence.
