Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities including but not limited to :
- Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices to enhance overall safety standards.
- Collaborate with the FSM to conduct emergency response drills, fostering a proactive approach to safety.
- Perform routine checks on work activities and workers to identify and address potential safety concerns.
- To compile all non-compliance findings weekly
- To lead WSH meeting, provide valuable insights and solutions on safety findings
- Conduct safety inductions and orientations for all new personnel
- Report instances of WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions, and practices to team members and higher management.
- Provide support in implementing actions to continually improve WSH performance across the organization.
- Work closely with the other safety personnel and safety officer
- Conduct daily TBM
- Involve and attend to safety audits as and when necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements :
At least Diploma certification in any discipline with at least 5 years relevant working experienceProven result in managing corporate safety related mattersWSQ Advanced certificate in WSH level B is mandatoryPrior experience in construction safety would be added advantageAny additional safety-related courses will be considered a valuable bonusTell employers what skills you have
