About Our Junior Florist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced florists while developing their skills in flower arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Floral Arrangement Assistance : Assist senior florists in preparing high-quality floral arrangements that meet our customers' expectations.
- Daily Store Operations Support : Provide support to senior florists with daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Studio Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Flower Care : Care for and condition flowers to ensure freshness and quality.
- Supply Management : Help with unpacking, trimming, and storing floral supplies, maintaining inventory levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Working Schedule
We operate on a standard Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule, offering a consistent and predictable work routine.
