Roles & Responsibilities

Looking for an ambitious ICT Technical Support Specialist who can grow with organisation : -

• Setup / installation / configurations and Support of IT Systems like, Desktops / Laptops, Server and Networking Equipment’s
• Support our clients for all day to day operations (PC / Laptops / Servers / Network Equipment etc).
• End user support for our clients and new projects.
• Experience in configuring O365 and MS office including copilot
• Maintain the customers Inventory and liaise with vendors for the support.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to work after office hours on need basis.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate joining
• Work week 5.5 days
