Job descriptionProvide empathetic, consultative sales support to clients, understanding their unique needs and guiding them through memorial product options. Present and explain our full range of products, including memorial plaques, personalized urns, and ArtGlass keepsakes, ensuring customers feel supported and informed. Maintain and expand relationships with funeral homes, cremation service providers, and other partners to drive referrals and collaborations. Manage showroom inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads with professionalism and care. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while upholding the company’s service standards and brand values. Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure personalized orders are processed accurately and on time. Support marketing initiatives, events, and product launches to promote our offerings and strengthen brand presence. Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma qualification Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service Proficient in using CRM systems and digital tools for sales and client engagement
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Executive
- Working Hours : Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm / Alternate Saturday 9 am -2pm
- Location : Near Jurong East mrt
- Salary : $2800 to $3200 (depend on experience)
- Benefit : Incentive ; AWS ; Performance Bonus ; Annual leave 14 Days
