WE'RE MAKING EVERY MOVE COUNT

We are looking for suitable personnels that are able to perform commissioning of high complexity products, as well as provide advisory services to customers and / or third party contractors on existing and / or new equipment and components.

Commissioning, Installation and Inspection

  • Carry out spreader commissioning and installation work on newly delivered spreaders and attend to all spreader warranty repair works.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice for the installation and troubleshooting of any equipment and components on the spreader to the service agent
  • Carry out site inspection on spreaders upon customers' request

Sales Management - RUP

  • Identify potential RUP work and make recommendations to customers

    • Service Call Management

  • Carry out service calls on a preventative and reactive basis as required, undertaking service and repair of products and systems to meet customers’ requirements and specification

    • Service Operational Excellence

  • Keep accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and fabrication data. Report back on the completed projects outlining the activities carried out, faults found during service and any future recommendations for improving the service offering.

    • Customer Training

  • Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer on product knowledge, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to customers

    • Any other job assigned by Line Manager.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Business / Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Cargo Management Industry
  • Preferably with relevant experience in commissioning, troubleshooting skills, etc., in the Marine Industry field
