Roles & Responsibilities

Job scopes

• Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and payment guidelines
• Work with business units, agent banks / correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries
• Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager
