Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Restaurant supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our client's team at central Singapore. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations (Japanese Fine Dining).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and friendly service to guests.
  • Supervise daily operations and guide junior staff where needed.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and service quality.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and handle busy service periods.
  • Willing to work shifts (lunch and dinner) within a 6-day work week.

    • Working Hours

  • Maximum 44 hours per week (rostered over 6 days).

    • Restaurant operation hours :

    Lunch : Tue–Sat, 12pm–3pm

    Dinner : Mon–Sat, 6pm–10 : 30pm

  • Weekly rest day : Sunday.
