Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Management Professional with a strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Assurance to lead strategic transformation initiatives within the banking domain. This is a leadership role, requiring proven expertise in driving large-scale change, defining operating models, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs focused on modernizing QA, testing, and delivery operating models within the banking sector.
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps , ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to influence decision-making and embed change.
• Oversee program governance , including budgets, risks, timelines, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive quality engineering transformation initiatives such as automation adoption, shift-left testing, and embedding QA into DevOps.
• Shape and implement new operating models that improve agility, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Manage vendor / partner engagements to ensure delivery excellence across testing and transformation initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership, mentoring, and guidance to transformation and QA teams.
