Job descriptionAchieve assigned sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Assist customers in making purchase decisions by building confidence and offering helpful suggestions. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Perform stock checks and inventory tally when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area at all times. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player.
