Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts professional to manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions within the construction sector. ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the management team in cost control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare annual financial statements and reports.
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and subcontractor payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting, payroll, and financial planning.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis for decision-making.
- Payrolls.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of project costing and construction accounting practices.Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,info-tech) and MS Excel.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skillsSingaporean / PR Preferred.
