Roles & Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of exciting brand campaigns, events, and activations. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about marketing, production, and bringing ideas to life behind the scenes. You’ll gain hands - on experience working closely with our regional marketing team, contributing to the end-to-end execution of projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in planning and executing marketing events, showroom activations, and internal campaigns
2. Conduct vendor research and support the quotation process for event logistics,
merchandise, and production needs
3. Coordinate production timelines and liaise with external vendors, creatives, and agency partners to ensure smooth delivery
4. Provide on-site support for events and content shoots, including setup, logistics and coordination
5. Manage operational tasks such as inventory tracking, production requests, printing of merchandise, and organising marketing collaterals
Requirements :
1. Fresh graduate with a background in marketing, communications, events, or media
2. Meticulous, dependable, and detail-oriented
3. Enjoys solving problems and working on multiple projects at once
4. A team player with strong communication and project coordination skills
5. Comfortable working in fast- paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines
