As a Lead Agency Partner, you will play a

crucial role in driving Pinterest ecosystem growth by managing and

expanding the service scopes of our network of sales / reseller

partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships

with partners, providing them with the necessary support and

resources, and driving revenue growth through effective partner

enablement. This role will require close collaboration with

cross-functional teams and regular communication with partners to

ensure alignment and success.

What

you'll do : Develop and

execute channel commercial strategies to expand beyond the service

segments.

Build and nurture relationships with

the flagship partners in the Greater China Region, proactively

identifying opportunities to grow the account and deepen the

partnership.

Collaborate with internal

cross-functional teams to develop and implement joint marketing and

sales initiatives with partners.

Conduct

regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and

identify areas for improvement, monitor and analyze sales

performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement

effective strategies

Oversee a team of vendor

account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to

ensure their success.

Stay updated on industry

trends and competitor activities to identify new business

opportunities. Build a deep understanding of our partners' business

goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights

to help them succeed.

Track and report on key

metrics to measure partner performance and identify areas for

business growth.

Develop and execute channel

sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build strong relationships with channel partners and

provide them with necessary support and resources

Scalable enablement and education through channel

partners on Pinterest value proposition and full product

suites.

Attend industry events, trade shows,

and conferences to network with potential partners and

customers

Collaborate with internal technical

and non-technical teams, including marketing, product, legal,

finance, sales operations, policy etc to ensure seamless execution

of sales programs and deals

collaboration.

What

we're looking for : 7+

years of digital advertising sales experience, business

administration, or channel sales management. Experience working

with Greater China Export advertisers and / or agencies is a

must.

Minimum 3 years of experiences in

reseller / agency or vendor management, preferably in digital

marketing field

Strong Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced

environment with technical and non-technical teams, posed strong

business acumen and understanding of sales processes

Ability to build and maintain relationships with channel

partners

Self-motivated and result-oriented,

ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven

decisions

Technical foundation with relevant

experience in Search / Shopping / Display / Social advertising

technologies.

Fluency in business Mandarin and

English is a must.

Comfortable with 30% of

business travel for this position.

Bachelor's degree is a

must.

In-Office

Requirement Statement :

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration

style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we

continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and

connection.

As such, this role will need to be

in the office or in front of our customers for in-person

collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be

in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based

office.
