Job Responsibilities :
Achieve team sales goals through the use of effective sales strategies and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service, including personalized product recommendations and prompt resolution of inquiries or concerns.
Mentor and support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and successful sales practices.
Develop strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, new arrivals, and current promotions.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored shopping guidance to enhance their experience.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to better meet customer expectations.
Assist with daily store operations, including opening / closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Job Requirements :
Prior experience in retail brand sales is a plus.
Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, patience when dealing with customers, and the ability to handle pressure and demanding work environments.
Possesses an enthusiastic, cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to follow company management, shows a strong sense of ownership, and is eager to grow alongside the company.
