Job description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring

smooth front- and back-of-house operations, delivering excellent

customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and

leading the team to achieve business

goals.

Key

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff

scheduling, customer service, and floor management.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and

beverage standards aligned with Bomul Samgyetang's

brand.

Manage inventory, ordering, and

supplier relationships to control costs and minimize

wastage.

Train, supervise, and motivate staff

to deliver excellent hospitality and maintain service

standards.

Handle customer feedback and

resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

Implement health, safety, and hygiene regulations in

compliance with Singapore standards.

Monitor

sales performance, prepare reports, and work with management on

marketing and promotional initiatives.

Drive

team performance to meet financial targets, including revenue

growth and cost control.
