About the
Role
We are looking for
an energetic, customer-focused, and persuasive Sales Promoter to
join our team. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for engaging
with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales at retail
outlets, events, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for
someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and
a passion for delivering excellent customer
experiences.
Key
Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage customers in retail stores,
events, or roadshows.
Demonstrate and explain
product features and benefits in an appealing and professional
manner.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales
targets set by the management.
Distribute
samples, brochures, or promotional materials to create brand
awareness.
Assist customers with product
queries, usage guidance, and recommendations.
Report customer feedback, competitor activities, and
sales results to the team lead / manager.
Maintain product display areas to ensure cleanliness and
attractiveness.
Support marketing campaigns,
events, and launches as
required.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is
preferred (FMCG / F&B / lifestyle brands experience is a
plus).
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and
persuasive personality.
Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving
skills.
Flexibility to work on weekends,
public holidays, and rotational shifts if
required.
