Contract Period : From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Working Hours :
- Mondays to Thurs : 7 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays : 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Description
Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customersAttend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sickAssist in general ad hoc administrationAny other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager / Operation Manager / Vice-Principals / PrincipalRequirements
Good interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in IT skills – e.g Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPointPreferably have some basic first-aid knowledgePrior relevant working experience in school will be advantageousEA License No. : 96C4864
