Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across departments to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of business targets.
Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Lead, train, and mentor operational staff; ensure clear communication, accountability, and high performance.
Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver insights to senior management for decision-making.
Oversee allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilisation.
Ensure operations meet company standards, service levels, and regulatory requirements.
Manage operational budgets, forecast needs, and monitor expenses to meet financial objectives.
Work closely with departments like HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive operations.
Address operational issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and minimise disruptions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety guidelines, and relevant legal / regulatory requirements.
